After slamming U.S. Rep. Elijah Cummings and Baltimore in a series of tweets Saturday, President Donald Trump took to Twitter again just a day later to call the Maryland congressman a racist. On Saturday, the president called Cummings a "bully" and said the 7th District is the worst-run district in the country, calling it a "disgusting, rat- and rodent-infested mess." Cummings' district is about 55% black and includes a large portion of Baltimore, but it also stretches from Howard County into Baltimore County from Cockeysville to Monkton.
